How To Cook Homemade Vanilla Cookies With Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 eggs

 

Method of preparation :

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff foam is obtained.

Add the remaining sugar to the yolks, beat with a mixer or wire until white. The volume will increase almost 2-3 times.

Then add vanilla, a pinch of salt and stir.

Then use a spoon to transfer the egg whites to the yolks, adding the first ones in portions and stirring. The dough is uniform and tender. Fill a pastry syringe with it.

Cover the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment and shape the cookies on it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.

Serve when cool. With them you can prepare a wonderful homemade tiramisu.
