Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of raw porridge
  • 40 grams of dry yeast
  • 10 grams of smoked paprika
  • 10 milliliters of maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of one lemon
  • 5 grams of turmeric
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Add the cashews, yeast, pepper, maple syrup, garlic, lemon juice, turmeric, salt and half the water. Beat the mixture until smooth.

Dissolve the agar-agar in the remaining water and stir. Add it to the nut mixture, stir again while the products are mixed and pour into a round parchment-lined form.

 

Cool for 2 hours, then cut and serve on the bruschetta. Store in a cool, dark place for three days.
