Grind the hazelnuts, but do not turn them into powder, let the pieces of nuts be felt.
Break the chocolate into pieces.
Melt it in a water bath. Stir constantly until it acquires the consistency of a thick sauce.
Distribute it in a tray that you have previously covered with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Sprinkle the surface with the hazelnuts until the chocolate has cooled.
Flatten and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then remove and invert the layer on a board, using foil.
Remove the coating, cut the chocolate into pieces and you can treat your family to the finished candies.
