Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 400 milliliters of warm water
  • 35 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 50 grams of black and white sesame seeds

 

Method of preparation:


Put the flour and salt in a bowl and dissolve the yeast in warm water together with olive oil, stir and add to the mixture. Pour the sesame seeds and knead the dough. Let it rest, shape according to the shape in which you will place. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the bread until done.
