Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon warm water
  • 1 packet of active dry yeast / 2 1/2 tablespoons /
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons wholemeal wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil / or rapeseed oil /
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 teaspoon flour

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine the water, yeast and whole wheat flour. Stir well.
  • Add olive oil, salt and 1 1/4 teaspoon flour. If the dough is too sticky, add the remaining 1/4 cup of flour.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead with your palms for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Put it in a large bowl, which you have previously greased with olive oil.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  • Remove the wholemeal dough on a floured surface and knead it again for 1-2 minutes.
  • Divide into 2 equal parts and prepare your favorite pizza.
