The curd must be defatted. If the butter is at room temperature, the softness of the yellow cheese depends on its quantity (the more you use, the softer the final product you will get). The egg should also be at room temperature.
Beat the egg lightly with a fork, chop the parsley and garlic. Put the cottage cheese in a thick-bottomed saucepan, add the butter, cut into pieces, baking soda and salt.
Put the pan on low heat and stir constantly until a homogeneous melted mixture is obtained. Stir, because it will burn otherwise. Do not allow to boil.
The mixture should remain on the stove for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the egg, garlic and parsley.
Stir and pour everything into a fireproof dish, pre-greased with oil. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Your yellow cheese is ready. Easy and tasty.
