Necessary products:

 

  • one egg
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 20 milliliters of oil
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • 50 grams of yogurt
  • 5 grams of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3 tablespoons honey

 

for the glaze

 

  • 1 protein
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 drop of rose water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the egg together with the honey, oil, vanilla. Stir and add the yogurt mixed with the soda, lemon zest and flour.

Stir until smooth and pour the mixture over a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Cool and cut into equal parts. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar and rose water. Fill a bag with the resulting cream and decorate the honey bites. Serve and enjoy.
