Necessary products
For the dough:
4 eggs
4 teaspoons flour
1.5 teaspoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon cocoa
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon spice mix (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves)
1 teaspoon baking soda
For the filling:
300 grams of melted white chocolate
3 tablespoons rum (good quality)
1 teaspoon aroma (pineapple)
1/4 teaspoon liquid cream
For the glaze:
melted milk chocolate
melted dark chocolate
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter. Then add the
remaining products in sequence, adding the soda at the end.
Bake the dough in a greased form in the oven at
180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Make the filling by mixing the ingredients listed for it. Mix the
combination well.
Cut the finished bread horizontally into two parts. Spread the chocolate mixture
on the bottom tray and close with the second.
