How To Cook Honey Cake With Caramelized Walnuts And Cinnamon Biscuits - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 42 grams of fresh yeast
  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 vanilla powder
  • 200 grams of ground caramelized walnuts
  • 100 grams of crushed cinnamon biscuits

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the biscuits and walnuts, stir and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Sift the flour and in another bowl beat the eggs, add honey, salt, citrus peels, vanilla and butter.

Stir and set aside. Warm the milk and activate the yeast. Combine the three mixtures and make a soft dough. Once it has doubled in volume, spread it out and roll out the crust. Grease it with oil and evenly distribute the nut mixture.

Roll up and cut it lengthwise. Arrange the resulting snails to your liking in the pan and bake the bread for 40 minutes. Cool, break and serve warm, garnished with honey.
