Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 - 3.5 tea cups of flour (depending on the consistency of honey, maybe more)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (quicklime)

For cream:

  • 1 liter of high-fat cream
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • walnuts for decoration

Method of preparation :

Mix the marshmallow products and store the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Grease a pan with oil (you can also sprinkle with flour) and bake loaves (each time remove the dough from the refrigerator).

The dough is soft and sticky, so it is not necessary to roll it out, just spread it with your hands on the bottom of the dish.

Bake the tops until golden and leave to cool.

Make a cream by whipping the products for it with a mixer.

All you have to do is assemble the cake: batter, cream, batter, cream, etc., finishing with cream. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and you're done.

Enjoy your meal!
