Necessary products:

2 eggs

100 grams of honey

10 grams of butter

50 grams of sugar

250 grams of flour

pinch of baking powder

a pinch of cinnamon

20 grams of sesame or poppy seeds

Method of preparation:

Heat the honey, add the sugar and when it melts, remove from the heat. Gradually add the remaining products and knead a soft dough. Roll out thinly (but not too thinly) and cut into circles with a glass. Arrange them in a pan greased with oil. Brush them with egg white and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 15 minutes (or until golden brown). Allow the loaves to cool and serve.
