How To Cook Honey Cakes With Glaze - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 80 grams of honey
  • 60 grams of brown sugar
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 ampoule of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 450 grams of flour

for the glaze:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Melt the honey and wait for it to cool. Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.

Add honey, butter and a pinch of salt. Combine the liquid, dry ingredients and make the dough. From it form small balls, arrange them in the pan and glaze with a mixture of beaten egg, milk and coffee.

Scratch the surface of the cakes with a fork and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
