Necessary products:

  • 5 eggs
  • 0.500 liters of fresh milk
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp fresh honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

Separate the yolks from the whites. Carefully mix the yolks with the honey. Heat the milk, but do not let it boil. Add the egg yolks with honey, cream and stir until the mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature, add the vanilla essence and store the ice cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You need to stir periodically so that ice crystals do not form.

You can sprinkle with pieces of almonds or other nuts.
