Line a tray with parchment paper and lightly grease with oil.
Roast the pumpkin seeds (in three portions) in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden.
Then reduce the heat and roast the sesame seeds twice in the same pan (until they turn red). Remove them from the pan and grease the walls and bottom with 1 teaspoon of oil.
Heat, add honey and stir until boiling. Once this happens, stop stirring, although bubbles and foam will form.
Cook for 5-7 minutes if you want to make a soft dessert, and 8-10 minutes - for a crispier end result (with a longer heat treatment, the honey will acquire a rich amber color).
When you remove the sweetness from the stove, pour in both types of seeds and peanuts. Stir quickly with a spatula and spread the mixture in a pan.
Level the surface and allow the combination to cool to room temperature for 45 minutes. Then cut into small chunks or larger blocks and serve.
Store in an airtight container.
