Required products :

4 eggs
2-3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sugar
1.5 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
vinegar to extinguish soda

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Divide the sugar into two equal parts. Beat the egg whites with one until stiff foamy.

Beat the yolks with the remaining amount of sweet crystals.

Put the honey in a tall bowl and place on the stove. Once warm, add the baking soda and let it boil until light brown spots form.

Add half of the beaten egg whites to the yolks and stir. Next is the flour, stir again. Slowly pour in the honey, stir and finally pour in the remaining egg whites. The dough is ready.

Spread it in greased muffin tins and bake for 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Check readiness with a toothpick.

Serve the cupcakes when they have cooled to room temperature.

You can decorate with cream, fruit or anything else you like.
