Required products :

500 grams of wheat flour

200 milliliters of fresh milk

150 milliliters of water

2 teaspoons yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

40 milliliters of vegetable oil

1 egg

3 cloves garlic

dill

200 grams of ham

Method of preparation :

Pour the warm water into a bowl, add the yeast and sugar, stir and leave the mixture for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the milk with the oil and salt. Add the yeast to the milk combination and mix well (maybe with a mixer).

Start gradually adding the flour, stirring constantly.

When you knead the dough, place it on a plate sprinkled with flour and continue to knead, adding all the flour. You should get an elastic dough.

Grease a bowl with oil, put in the dough, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth. Leave in a warm place for two hours.

Shape into a sausage and cut into 10 pieces of equal thickness. Roll each of them, giving an oval shape corresponding to the ham circles. Put the ham on the dough and roll it up.

Arrange the horns prepared in this way in a tray lined with baking paper, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the dill and garlic, mix them.

Coat the croissants with the beaten egg, make incisions on their surface (in the middle), in which you put the aromatic mixture (you can add salt and a little oil to it, if you wish). You need to cut the dough and the top layer of ham. Half a teaspoon of garlic mixture on a horn is enough.

Bake the snacks in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
