How To Cook Horns With Walnut-honey Filling And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 cup crushed nuts of your choice (in this case - walnuts)
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons honey
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Grind the nuts coarsely and mix them with honey. Put the butter (cut into pieces) in the flour, add the cream and knead the dough, which you divide into two parts. Roll each of them so as to obtain round layers 2 mm thick. Cut them into triangles with a serrated knife. Put a little of the honey-walnut stuffing on the wide part of each figure and roll up the rolls. Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven at 210 degrees until golden. When the cones have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
