for the dough:

 

  • 320 grams of flour
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 125 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 125 milliliters of water

 

for the stuffing:

 

  • 160 grams of grated cheddar
  • 4 finely chopped pickles
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 50 grams of pitted green olives

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat the oven. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter and mix by hand. Pour the water, milk and make a soft dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then roll out into a rectangle about 1.5 centimeters thick.
