Spicy wings are the best company for cold beer. Although winter is approaching and people are avoiding this drink, with a portion of spicy wings, your beer is just in place! If you do not like the spicy, reduce the amount and remove it in the sauce completely.

Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce + 2 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar + 1 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice + slices to serve
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
  • 2 kilograms of chicken wings, cleaned
  • 1/3 tea cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 small hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger and garlic

Method of preparation :

Put 1/2 tea cup of fish sauce, sugar and lime juice in a saucepan and heat. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the crystals melt and the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and add the hot crushed peppers. Cool completely.

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Line a tray with parchment paper and arrange the wings in it. Drizzle with the caramel hot sauce and bake for 1 hour, turning them every 20 minutes to caramelize well on all sides.

Meanwhile, combine the walnuts, coriander, hot pepper, olive oil and 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lime juice with the garlic and ginger.

Serve the wings with the walnut sauce.
