Required products :
4 oranges with thick peels
100 grams butter
2 tablespoons (topped) ground almonds
200 grams dark chocolate
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons brown sugar
6-7 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon orange liqueur or brandy
Method of preparation :
Wash the oranges thoroughly, dry them and cut them in half. Squeeze the juice of the halves, then with the help of a teaspoon remove the remnants of the meat so that only the crusts remain. The cups for the chocolate dessert are ready.
Melt the chocolate with the butter (in a water bath or in the microwave), stir until smooth and allow the combination to cool slightly. Then add the eggs, sugar, almonds, pour the citrus juice and liqueur.
Mix everything and fill the eight fruit bowls with the resulting chocolate mass.
Bake the dessert in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Determine the duration according to the desired consistency of the interior.
