Required products :

1 liter of fresh milk
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
240 grams of dark chocolate (with 70% cocoa content)
peel of half an orange
nutmeg on the tip of a knife

 

Method of preparation :

Pour 2 tea cups of fresh milk into a suitable container and put on medium heat. Once warm, add the broken chocolate pieces and leave the mixture on the stove for 10-15 minutes until the black bars melt. Then add the cocoa and beat with a wire whisk.

Cut the orange peel into pieces, put in a bowl with instant coffee and a little nutmeg. Pour in the remaining milk and let the combination stand for 5 minutes.

Mix the contents of the two dishes and place on the stove. The drink should boil, beat again with a wire whisk and you can serve.
