Required products :

  • 2 tea cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Kalua liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • a pinch of cinnamon

For garnish :

  • whipped cream for garnish
  • cinnamon

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until boiling.
  • Add the sugar and cocoa and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the liqueur. Stir.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir again.
  • Divide the hot chocolate into two cups.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
