Required products :

  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 50 milliliters of liquid cream
  • peel of half an orange
  • 50 grams of chopped dark chocolate
  • 25 milliliters of orange liqueur

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk and cream into a suitable container, add the well-washed orange peel and place the combination on the hob. Once it boils, remove from the heat, strain into a jug, removing the citrus peel.

Return the milk to the saucepan and then place the broken pieces of chocolate. Stir until they melt.

Put the pan back on the hob and heat the mixture. Finally, pour the liqueur and distribute the drink in suitable glasses.
