Learn how to cook "Hot chocolate with whipped cream and cocoa". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3/4 teaspoon water
- 3 tea cups whole milk
- 170 grams of semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
For garnish :
- whipped cream, slightly sweetened
- cocoa powder
Method of preparation :
- Heat 3/4 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cocoa and stir until completely dissolved.
- Carefully add the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the chocolate and sugar and stir for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the hot chocolate into cups, garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa and serve.
