How To Cook Hot Salad With Arugula, Bacon And Fried Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 2 onions
  • 2 ties arugula
  • a handful of pine nuts
  • spices to taste
  • olive oil
  • a little parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon into thin slices, fry in a pan without oil and remove on paper.

Peel an onion and cut it into 8 pieces, which you fry in the fat separated from the bacon. Season to taste.

In another bowl, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pour in the pine nuts and pour 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (you can replace it with wine). Add the bacon and onion.

Chop the arugula and put it in a bowl, you can add other salad leaves. Top with bacon, onion and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.

Serve the salad hot.
