Required products :
2 teaspoons fresh milk
2 teaspoons liquid cream
230 grams chopped white chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
60 ml cognac
cinnamon sprinkle
Preparation :
Mix the milk and cream in a saucepan with a thick bottom and put on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the chocolate, sugar, vanilla extract and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Remove from the heat, pour the cognac and distribute the drink in suitable glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and serve.
