Mushrooms are often an addition to various dishes, they are also used to prepare individual dishes. The most common in cooking are mushrooms, but there are other types that are also used in cooking.
Of course, we cannot put everyone under one denominator in any way. This also applies to the cooking time, in particular, their cooking. So let's see how long to cook different types of mushrooms and some more recommendations related to the heat treatment in question.
Boil the white mushrooms for 35-40 minutes, removing the foam.
Kladnitsa mushroom (fresh) is boiled for 15-20 minutes.
Gruzdy mushrooms are soaked 2-3 days before cooking in water, which is changed periodically. Then cook for 15 minutes.
The Pachi leg type takes 20 minutes to cook.
Ordinary stocking (phosphorus sponge, stump) - after the water in which they are boiled, foam appears. The water is changed and the mushrooms are washed. Leave on the stove for 40-60 minutes.
The mushrooms are ready to eat in 5 minutes.
30 minutes of cooking are needed on the dove (Russula) .
For all frozen types the rules are the same: first thaw, then cook for 15-20 minutes.
Dried mushrooms should be washed with warm water, then soaked in cold for 3 to 16 hours (depending on the species). When soft, boil in the same water (without salt) for an hour and a half to two.
And a mushroom tip : put dried mushrooms in salted milk and they will become almost as fresh.
