Learn how to cook "How and how much to boil different types of eggs". Delicious recipe.

Eggs - hens, quails, ostriches, ducks, geese, turkeys - are boiled for 3 to 15 minutes from the moment of boiling the water. The duration depends on what you want them to be: loose or hard. Only ostriches are an exception and require more time.

The hen's eggs are placed in a bowl of cold water, if you put them in boiling water - they will burst. To prevent them from cracking, add a teaspoon of salt to the cold water. During cooking, the eggs must be completely covered with water. If the already cooked ones are difficult to peel, this is a sign that they are fresh. To make peeling easier, it is good to put salt in the water in which they will be boiled, and then rinse them with running cold water for 3-4 minutes. Peel immediately. It is believed that the more eggs are boiled, the worse they are absorbed by the body. And cooking for more than 20 minutes is bad for your health. The color of the shell does not affect the taste of the egg. Cooking over medium heat.
