Roasted beets enhance the taste of vegetables and make it soft and appetizing.
Here's exactly how to prepare it to enjoy the rich taste of roasted red beets .
Choose hard beets, if there are still stems, cut them and save them for another.
Wash well from the soil and place it on a sheet of aluminum foil.
If desired, sprinkle with a little olive oil before baking. Olive oil is a good choice, but you can also use grape seed oil or rapeseed oil. The fat will help the beets not to burn during roasting and not to dry out.
