Broth cubes are a convenience and make it easy for us whenever we need fragrant and appetizing sauces, soups or stewed dishes. They are easy to store and do not lose their taste. For this we need several forms of ice, homemade broth of boiled chicken, spices of your choice, salt and pepper to taste. Here's how to make them at home.

Pour water into a saucepan, salt it and add chicken. If desired, we can season with whole carrots, halved onions or chopped other vegetables, parsley or celery.

Cook over low heat until ready. Cool the broth and distribute the liquid in the ice molds.

Store them in the freezer after they have cooled completely. In this way we will always have natural cubes of broth, with which we will quickly and easily season any dish.

Try it for yourself!
