In addition to being beautiful, quick and easy, chocolate butterflies inspire any cake. Whether you prepare them for the decoration of creams, cupcakes or cakes, the butterfly effect is fabulously beautiful.

We share with you how to make this decoration and create a living picture from each dessert. For this purpose are needed:

  • 400 grams of white chocolate couverture
  • food coloring
  • pattern with butterflies
  • fine kitchen posh
  • toothpicks
  • baking paper
  • an old book or magazine

Get a template to outline. You can use this one.

First, melt the chocolate and put it in the syringe. If you do not have one, use a funnel-shaped baking paper. Outline the edges and paint some of the remaining chocolate with a color of your choice.

Spread with a spoon on the empty parts of the template. Spread with a toothpick with a swirling motion.

Add sugar beads, sticks or molds for a more attractive look.

Cool and open the book in the middle, put two sheets of parchment and arrange the chocolate wings on both sides. Make a medium of chocolate so that the two parts come together.

Cool them in a chamber and decorate. They are ideal for decorating cakes, pastes, muffins, creams and other desserts.

Try and enjoy the result!
