How To Cook How To Make Chocolate Roses For Cake Decoration - Recipe

Learn how to cook "How to make chocolate roses to decorate cakes". Delicious recipe.

You have probably often admired the beautiful decoration of cakes in confectioneries and probably making it seems a complicated and time-consuming task. In fact, it turns out that at home we can create wonderful decorations for desserts and now we will learn how. We have chosen to show you how to make tender and delicious chocolate roses .

You need chocolate sugar dough and the amount is 200 grams. You can use white - it is made with powdered sugar, and dark - by adding cocoa powder.

Knead it to make it soft and pliable, then roll it out thinly.

Cut small circles using a cup or a suitable shape. For one rose you will need 9 pieces.

Start "sculpting" from the center of the color. Roll up one circle. Take a second one and flatten one end with your fingers to make it as thin as a sheet of paper. Do the same with the other circles, so the rose will be more elegant.

Wrap the first petal around the cylindrical base. Its upper end should be flush with the top of the central piece of dough. Press the bottom of the circle against the cylinder to allow it to adhere to it.

Take a second circle, attach it to the flower, the end of this leaf to be below the first.

Accordingly, the third leaf should be below the second and so continue with the others, slightly dissolving the thin end to the side.

At the base of the rose will accumulate a lot of excess dough, use it to shape the next flower.

Leave the finished decorations to stand for 24 hours at room temperature to dry.

You can store indefinitely in an airtight container.

May you be beautiful and delicious!
