Figs are a delicious fruit that we can not enjoy all year round, unfortunately. Of course, this is the case with most fruits and vegetables, which requires their canning. Choose small green, unripe figs.

The necessary products are: slightly ripe figs, sugar and water.
Syrup is boiled from water and sugar. Put the fruit in the boiling sweet liquid for 10 seconds. This is done to get a sweet finish and preserve their color.
Remove and arrange on the oven rack. Place in the appliance at the highest level and allow to dry for 2-3 hours at minimum temperature.
