Required products :
- 2 tea cups heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt / optional /
Method of preparation :
- Pour the cream into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 8-10 minutes.
- You will notice that harder yellow particles gradually begin to separate.
- Strain the separated liquid through a fine sieve.
- Use your hands to "squeeze" the remaining excess liquid from the oil.
- If you want to make salted butter, add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and mix well.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar with an airtight seal.
- Store homemade butter in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days.
