Icing is a mixture of sugar and egg white. It is used to make various shapes and forms for decorating cakes and desserts.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 protein
  • lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites with a fork until light foam forms. Then gradually start adding the powdered sugar, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, add a little lemon juice.

The process continues until a stable mass is obtained. The icing is ready.

You should draw the desired figure or use a template to create one. It's easier to get templates.

Put a sheet of cellophane on them so you can see well the contours you will be working on.

Pour the mixture into a plastic bag, roll it tightly and cut one corner (make a small hole).

You can now start painting. Be diligent!

When finished, leave the finished decorations to stand for 12 hours to dry well. Do more because they are fragile and break easily.
