Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Method of preparation :

Mix balsamic vinegar with sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is melted. Increase the temperature to boil the liquid, then reduce the heat to low. The mixture should simmer for 20 minutes. Check that the glaze is ready with a spatula - run it along the bottom of the dish through the sauce, there should be a clean mark, which is then covered again with glaze. Then cool and put it in a jar and store in the refrigerator.

Balsamic vinegar glaze is often used in cooking, not only to enrich the taste but also for decoration.
