How To Cook Hummus With Avocado, Artichoke And Spinach - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Hummus with avocado, artichoke and spinach". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of chickpeas
  • half an avocado
  • 100 grams of marinated artichokes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • pinch of crushed hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put cooked and drained chickpeas in the bowl of a blender. Beat several times, pouring olive oil in a thin stream.

Add avocado, artichoke, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and hot peppers.

Beat again until smooth and cool. Serve the hummus with a toasted slice or as a snack to the main course.
