Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 3 boiled carrots
  • 2-3 boiled baby carrots for decoration
  • sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/2 head onion
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put chickpeas, boiled carrots, onions, garlic and olive oil in the blender bowl. Beat until smooth, add the cream, season with salt and pepper.

Mash again and pour into another bowl. Cool and serve the hummus, garnished with baby carrots and parsley.
