  • 400 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 3 peeled and boiled carrots
  • 100 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 sprigs of dried thyme

  • 1 crushed hot pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:
