In a blender, mix chickpeas, carrots and season with hot pepper, salt and pepper. Pour some olive oil and puree until smooth. Add thyme, rosemary, garlic and some pumpkin seeds. Pour the fat and continue beating to the desired density. Cool and serve the hummus, garnished with the remaining seeds. Serve sliced or on its own.
