Required products :

  • 350 grams of cooked chickpeas (or canned)
  • 5 - 6 halves of dried tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive / oil in which were dried tomatoes or olive oil with spices
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

 

Add the remaining products and grind with a blender until smooth or puree.

 

If it seems too thick, pour a little water from the one in which the chickpeas were boiled (or from the can).

If desired, pour olive oil before serving and serve with fresh vegetables and lavash bread.
