Method of preparation :
430 grams of canned chickpeas
60 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemon juice
60 grams of tahini
1 - 2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 - 3 tablespoons water
pinch of paprika
Method of preparation :
Mix the tahini with the lemon juice and beat for 1 minute using a food processor. Then collect the amount that has stuck to the walls of the dish and beat for another 30 seconds.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, crushed garlic, cumin, salt and beat for a minute.
Rinse half of the chickpeas well, beat for a minute, pour in the remaining amount, beat until thickened (about 2 minutes).
