Learn how to cook "Hummus with sesame paste, garlic and lemon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
270 grams of chickpeas
4 tablespoons sesame paste
1.5 teaspoons cumin
1-2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation :
Fill the chickpeas with water and let it stand overnight or for at least 6 hours. Then boil until ready in a little water to which you have added a pinch of soda.
Puree chickpeas and mix it with sesame paste, crushed garlic cloves and ground cumin.
Mix everything thoroughly and pour olive oil and lemon juice.
The consistency of the hummus depends on the amount of olive oil you use. If you prefer, you can also make a stuffing with paprika.
If you do not have sesame paste, replace it with ground walnuts.
