Required products :

500 grams of chocolate ice cream

500 grams of vanilla ice cream

200 grams of dark chocolate

75 grams of peeled pistachios

Method of preparation :

Cover a rectangular shape with foil and store it in the chamber. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and put it in the fridge to thaw gradually.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Distribute the ice cream in different plastic bags and cut their corners. Squeeze the packet of vanilla ice cream and put some of the contents in the form. Make a second layer of chocolate ice cream on it in the same way, but make it thicker. Sprinkle with pistachios and sprinkle with melted chocolate. Put the remaining vanilla ice cream, pistachios and chocolate on it again. If you have any products left, continue with the layers.

Wrap the form with foil and store in the freezer overnight.

When you take out the ice cream cake, transfer it to a suitable container and decorate with chocolate chips or sawdust and serve immediately.
