Required products :
1 liter vanilla ice cream
100 grams of nuts of your choice dipped in honey
300 grams of biscuits of your choice (in this case, chocolate)
chocolate sprinkle
chocolate sauce
caramel sauce
Method of preparation :
Allow the ice cream to thaw slightly. Break or grind the nuts and biscuits into large pieces.
Mix the nuts, biscuits and ice cream. Spread the mixture in a suitable form, the bottom of which you have covered with plastic wrap, and store the container in the refrigerator or freezer compartment to harden the ice cream.
When you take out the dessert, sprinkle it with grated chocolate, pour the two sauces and enjoy the incredible icy temptation.
You can prepare chocolate sauce yourself by mixing in a saucepan 100 grams of dark chocolate, broken into pieces, 100 milliliters of liquid cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put the combination on the stove, bring to a boil, remove and cool.
For the caramel sauce you will need :
1.5 teaspoons sugar
1/3 teaspoon water
2/3 teaspoon liquid cream
2 tablespoons butter
First, mix the water and sugar in a small saucepan, place on the stove and simmer for about 10 minutes. Once the syrup changes color and becomes dark brown, remove the pan from the heat and gradually add the cream, stirring. Finally, add the butter and cool.
