Soak the cashews in water overnight, drain, put in a blender and beat until smooth. Strain the resulting mixture through cheesecloth or a fine strainer and set aside. In another bowl, pour the cream, beat it until creamy and add the condensed milk, honey and vanilla.
Stir, add the nuts, cinnamon and melted chocolate. Stir until the ingredients are mixed and pour into the oblong form. Cover it with cling film and cover with a suitable lid.
Freeze the mixture for 4-5 hours and turn the form on an oblong plate. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and cinnamon. Cut, put the ice cream dessert in plates, serve and enjoy the delicate and delicate taste.
