Required products :
3 eggs
400 grams of soft melted cheese
1.5 teaspoons of sugar
200 grams of liquid cream
2 teaspoons of fruit puree of your choice
1 packet of vanilla or to taste
fresh seasonal fruits for decoration, nuts, coconut shavings
Method of preparation :
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar until a firm foam forms. Without stopping to beat, slowly add the cream, vanilla and melted cheese.
Beat the egg whites separately and then add them to the resulting mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and mix with the fruit puree.
Line a suitable form with plastic wrap, the ends of which should cover the walls of the container and protrude beyond it.
Transfer the cream to the form, level the surface and store the dessert in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Remove it 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh seasonal fruits and / or crushed nuts of your choice. You can also sprinkle with coconut shavings.
