Learn how to cook "Ice cream cake with raisins and chocolate liqueur". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams pitted raisins
1/2 tea cup chocolate liqueur
1 kg chocolate ice cream
1 ready coconut cake (or other)
melted chocolate for decoration
Preparation :
Put the raisins in a bowl, pour the liqueur and leave for 30 minutes to soften, then drain the liquid.
Cover the bottom of the form with foil, pour the ice cream and level the surface. Sprinkle the raisins on top.
Cut the coconut flakes into pieces and arrange them on the raisins. Pour in the previously drained liqueur.
Cover the dessert with foil and place in the freezer to freeze.
When ready, immerse the dish several times for seconds in hot water and turn it over to pour its contents onto a suitable plate or tray.
Finish the cake with melted chocolate icing.
