Required products :

  • 2 tea cups brewed strong coffee
  • 260 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 grams of high-fat liquid cream

 

Method of preparation :

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Add 5-6 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks and beat until you get an airy white foam.

Mix the remaining sugar with the coffee and gradually pour into the foam, stirring thoroughly.

Beat the egg whites (foam) and cream (pre-chilled) separately.

Add the two ingredients to the resulting egg mixture with the coffee and stir in a circular motion from bottom to top.

Transfer the cream to a plastic container and store for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator or freezer.

With it you can prepare pastries, cakes or other pastries, as well as serve as a stand-alone dessert.
