Required products :

  • 160 grams of milk biscuits
  • 500 grams of milk ice cream
  • 2 eggs (egg whites)
  • 500 grams of milk chocolate
  • 300 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation :

Start by making a mousse. Melt 300 grams of milk chocolate (pre-broken) in the microwave and allow to cool. Then add 100 milliliters of cream and stir.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Without stirring, add the sugar and beat until creamy. Slowly pour the chocolate and mix thoroughly with a wire whisk until an airy mousse is obtained.

The topping. Melt the remaining 200 grams of chocolate and leave to cool. Add 200 milliliters of cream and stir.

The next step is to "assemble" the dessert. You need a round shape with a diameter of 25 cm and a hole in the middle. Cover the bottom with plastic wrap. Crush the biscuits, leave them for decoration.

Start with a layer of ice cream and mousse, covering the entire bottom of the dish. Next is a layer of crushed biscuits, again ice cream and mousse. Alternate in this sequence until the products are exhausted. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The dessert should freeze.

Before serving, pour the topping (maybe only with melted chocolate), decorate with whole biscuits and you can now enjoy the icy pleasure.

Enjoy!
