Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 can of 400 grams of condensed milk (preferably unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cream

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the coffee in the hot water. Pour into a large bowl and allow to cool briefly.

Add the condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Stir with a mixer and refrigerate while you prepare the cream.

Pour it into a large bowl and beat until it forms soft peaks.

Add it in portions to the condensed milk mixture and stir constantly to combine.

Transfer to a suitable container (eg in a rectangular cake pan) and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours before eating.

When you decide to serve, take the ice cream out of the fridge and wait a few minutes. Dip an ice cream scoop in hot water and use it to form balls, so it will be easiest for you.
